In addition to passing a value stock screen, I take a peek at the cash flow statements and eliminate any passing stocks that don’t show a pattern of operating cash exceeding net income, and of negative cash flows from financing. This is the structure of the screen:

Debt to Capital: Less than or Equal to 67,
Net Insider Shares Bought: Greater than or Equal to 0
