I Want Your Help!

As you probably know, Ron Paul’s campaign has a publicly announced goal to raise $12,000,000 this quarter. They need to meet this goal for Ron Paul to make a serious run at the Republican nomination for president. Imagine the press that this will generate, just in time for the first primaries and caucuses in January!

I have been overwhelmed by the results so far. I really didn’t think, in today’s Orwellian “NewSpeak” world of Empire and Fiat Currency, that a simple message of peace and freedom, from one of the few, if not the only, national officeholders with integrity, would resonate the way it has. Ron’s campaign has truly exposed the size of the remnant of Americans who still believe in liberty. Shucks, it makes me want to cry. The supporters are a huge and diverse group, and hanging out with them, chatting with them online, meeting them for the first time at events where 8-12 people have volunteered to man a two-man booth for a weekend, has been just awesome.

The Wifeykins and I have already maxed out on our contributions for the primary cycle, and have done some other things as well, from buying gasoline or hotel rooms for supporters going to rallies, renting booths, printing supplies, etc. I’ve committed to the campaign to try and raise more money from friends and business associates, and I want your help!

Please donate to Ron Paul’s campaign. The link includes a code that shows the campaign you got there from my site. If you’d rather not be associated with me, I understand completely, and you can still donate to Ron Paul’s campaign at this link.

Sometimes I think the best thing Ron Paul has going for him, is that the other candidates don’t take him very seriously. I hope he can continue to gain a ton of support, kind of “under the radar” sort of, and then just blow away the others. When the time comes, I hope people are smart enough to see that he is the only candidate that has honor and integrity, plus he loves our country. Sometimes, I am afraid that people won’t understand that, though.

I think they take him very seriously.

The Dec 4 GOP debates were going to be closed to candidates that didn’t poll above a threshold. Why? To exclude the winner of all the past debates. Obviously their internal numbers are showing RP polling above the threshold, because Mutt suddenly developed a scheduling conflict, and the debate was CANCELED because of it.

A scheduling conflict? For a nationally-televised debate? As of last night, Mutt’s official site showed his calendar was clear on that date …

Don’t let the MSM fool you, the other candidates take RP very seriously. Ron’s the only GOPer that worries Shrillary in a two-way race.

    Did you donate?

Thanks, I didn’t know the circumstances for the cancelled debate in Dec. I will, however, be watching the debate Wed. I love watching Paul go up against the others. He is a great debater, because he is so genuine, while the other candidates have their facades. Especially Giulani–what a weasel.

I’ve already contributed once. Not the max. But I plan on giving again in Dec. I’ll be sure to use your link when I do.

I also take Ron Paul very seriously and a lot of my friends do to. What’s pretty amazing is that a lot of my friends are Democrats and they’re switching over to the Republican party just to vote for RP in the primaries.

RP is very appealing to alot of the cynical Gen X’ers (myself included) because his record speaks loudly, he walks the talk. I’ve been reading his book, “A Foreign Policy of Freedom” and he pretty much was spot on regarding the the mess we’re in now in Iraq and around the world.

I donated, but not the max, and plan to do so again on Tea Party Day ‘07.

I believe we can truly restore the republic and if he doesn’t make it, I’ll run for local office to carry on what he started!
